Founding event
Founding Chapter Roundtable, New York
An invitation-only working session for founding members: CISOs, heads of AI governance, and senior engineers who run AI controls in regulated organizations.

Format
- Size
- Up to 20 participants, so everyone speaks.
- Length
- Half day, working agenda, no vendor presentations.
- Rule
- Chatham House: ideas can be used, but not attributed.
- Output
- A short public summary and comment letters on the drafts.
Recurring formats
How members meet
Roundtables
Small, in-person, city chapters. Peer discussion on one domain at a time.
Working group sessions
Virtual drafting sessions for each TWG. Open to members who volunteer.
Open Board meetings
Standards Board deliberations are open to observers and recorded.
Briefings
Short virtual briefings when a draft is issued or a standard is finalized.
No pay-to-speak. Speaking slots at AIGSB events are never sold. Sponsors may attend as observers and are identified as such.
