Membership

Membership is for people who run, secure, audit or oversee AI in organizations. Members shape the standards, share what works, and get early access to research.

Anyone employed by, or paid to advise, a company that sells AI governance or AI security products joins as an Observer. This keeps standard-setting in the hands of the people who apply standards.

What we ask of members

  • Follow the Code of Conduct, including the Chatham House Rule at roundtables.
  • Disclose relevant commercial interests under the Independence Policy.
  • Speak for yourself. Comments reflect your professional view, not your employer's, unless you say otherwise.
  • Never use the forum or directory to sell.

How to join

  1. Apply online with your role and organization.
  2. Confirm your email address.
  3. The Secretariat reviews your application, usually within five business days.
  4. Once approved, complete your profile and join the conversation.
