The terms that apply to this website and member features. Draft pending legal review.

These terms are a working draft and will be finalized with legal counsel before the Board's entity is established.

1. Use of the site

You may read and share AIGSB publications for any lawful purpose, with attribution. Member features are for approved members and must be used in line with the Code of Conduct.

2. Standards and drafts

Exposure drafts are proposals and have no authority. Standards are voluntary. Nothing on this site is legal, regulatory or audit advice.

3. Your contributions

You keep ownership of what you post. By submitting ideas, comments or comment letters, you grant the Board a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use them in developing, publishing and explaining its standards.

4. Names and marks

You may not use the AIGSB name or logo to suggest endorsement, certification or conformance of any product, service or organization.

5. No warranty

The site and publications are provided as is. The Board is not liable for decisions made in reliance on draft or issued standards.

6. Changes

We may update these terms and will post the date of the latest version here.
